Manufacturing Facility - Upgrade of Electrical Services:
This project was the design, documentation and construction supervision of the complete electrical services for a major plant extension to a manufacturing operation in NSW.
The factory manufactured and fabricated boiler tubes and heat exchangers for the power industry. Its capacity was being increased and operations were being automated.
Included in the project were the complete design, documentation, tenders and construction supervision of:
new high voltage supplies to two factories, new substations, new main switchboards (high and low voltage),low voltage switchboards throughout the plant,specialised transformers, cabling and control systems to accommodate imported ex-European machinery,cabling,lighting and power outlets and,communications.The design requirements included
demand and load sizing, fault level calculations, protection calculations and settings, switchgear design and selection, substation design, fire protection design and compliance with all relevant authorities, codes and standards.For further information, please contact us. Contact details
