Business Planning:
Preparation of business plans for a number of government agencies. Each final business plan
 defined the role of the section,
 identified measures for improved productivity and efficiency,
 set objectives to be achieved,
 established a financial structure for income and costs, and
 established a performance reporting system.
For other larger agencies, business planning to include
 critical review and evaluation of internal functions,
 preparation of a marketing plan within the business plan,
 financial control systems,
 business opportunities,
 strategic direction and performance targets.
A diagnostic business audit for a small manufacturing company covering all aspects of the business including
 product assessment,
 market,
 product development,
 testing,
 opportunities,
 financial development.
Study part funded by AusIndustry. Also, later a Quality Assurance manual was prepared for the same organisation.
