This project required working with a major electricity utility to develop a new commercial business. That business was to provide a complete range of services to the mining industry in
Energy Management, Energy Benchmarking, Efficiency Measurement, Project Identification, Project Implementation and Management. This utility wished to position itself to be able to offer a suite of comprehensive services to major customers in the deregulated Electricity Supply market.
Activities included:
